If you request a free trial we need a quick 30 minute call to understand your store and what you need and where do you need the most help. During this call we’ll determine if we are a good fit. If we are confident we are and also get a good vibe from you too we’ll happily book-in 1 task we feel will add the most value to you and your store. We will outline what this is before going ahead.
We will sign an NDA as we’ll need access to your store to carry out the task. We would work locally so your live store would be unaffected until we push it live – giving you peace of mind. However, the task could be design, UX audit, marketing or development. We get to choose! ☺️
Yes, sure. We’ll break down the tasks and then manage expectations with what can be achieved each month and how many months we are likely to need to complete your project.
We aim to deliver value. It does depend on the size of the tasks we need to work on. However, the majority of tasks will take no longer than a few hours, so you’d get heaps done. We have a process, so you know what you’re getting. We know you’ll get value.
